Following this, the Toreros will host their alumni meet on October 11 at 10:00 a.m., fostering community and team spirit as former swimmers and divers return to support the current squad.

As the season progresses, USD will participate in the MPSF Open Water meet on October 18 and engage in a duel meet against Pomona-Pitzer and California Baptist in Claremont on October 25. The month of November features significant events with swimmers competing at the Utah Tech Invite from November 19-22, while divers will participate in the Trojan Diving Invite from November 20-22 in Southern California.

In December, USD’s swimming and diving team will partake in a race against Chapman and Fresno Pacific in Orange County on December 6. As the new year rolls in, the Toreros will face off against Vanderbilt on January 2 in a neutral site meet hosted by San Diego State.

Mid-January will see the WCC Cup, hosted by Pepperdine in Malibu on January 17. This is a crucial event as the Toreros build toward the conclusion of their season. The final home meet will occur against UC San Diego on January 31 at noon. The season’s climax arrives with the Big West Championships scheduled for February 11-14 in Houston, marking an exciting transition for the Toreros competing in their new conference.
