The extensive construction process, executed by Cavanaugh Construction, took 18 months to finish, with the couple moving into their fully renovated home in the previous year.

Allan and Lyndsey’s relationship began in childhood, where their families spent summers together—a bond that culminated in their marriage in 1984. Inspired by their fondness for Hawaii, the couple aimed to integrate the island’s relaxed lifestyle into their home’s aesthetic. The residence features contemporary architecture with tropical influences, characterized by flat roofs and the use of natural materials, including mahogany and coral stone. The home is capable of comfortably sleeping 10 guests, accommodating their two married daughters and grandchildren during family visits. The main level boasts gray porcelain tile floors that provide a cohesive aesthetic, while six sliding glass doors create easy access to the pool deck, fostering an interconnected living environment.
