Their offerings feature a Napa Cabernet from Mt. Veeder, Rosé and Pinot Noir from Sonoma, Old Vine Zinfandel, and Chardonnay from the Lodi region. The Zinfandel took two and a half years to make, while the Chardonnay is given special attention due to it being Bev’s favorite varietal.

The couple initially partnered with another couple to start the winery but later took full ownership and now operate Figjam Winery as a duo. A core focus of the winery is on camaraderie, friendships, and building connections within the community. Figjam wines can be found at various locations across Coronado, including the Coronado Fire Station Venue, Bridge Speakeasy, High Tide Bottle Shop & Kitchen, and Coronado Cays Yacht Club.

The winery operates out of a custom crush house, which allows them to produce and bottle their wines without owning land or a traditional building.

Jeff brings extensive experience in the wine industry, dating back to 2003, when he developed wine club management software and co-founded a wine distribution business named Uber Vino. This expertise, combined with Bev’s active role in the winery’s operations, positions Figjam for success in the competitive wine market.
