Residents of Coronado, Maude Hoffmann and Miltiadis Vratimos, have announced their engagement and plans for a wedding in Nafplio, Greece. The couple has deep roots in Coronado, with Maude’s family actively involved in the community. Their wedding is expected to be a joyous celebration, with family and friends gathering to celebrate their love and heritage. The couple looks forward to creating memorable experiences as they prepare for their special day in a location rich in culture and history.

Coronado, California – Residents Maude Hoffmann and Miltiadis Vratimos have announced their engagement, with plans for a wedding set in the picturesque town of Nafplio, Greece, in the fall of 2025. The couple’s engagement has delighted their families and friends, as they prepare for a celebration that will bring together loved ones from near and far.

Maude Hoffmann, the daughter of longtime Coronado residents Dick and Paige Hoffmann, has deep roots in the community. Raised in Coronado, Maude graduated from Coronado High School (CHS) before pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. She further enhanced her academic credentials by attending the Harvard School of Business. Currently, Maude is making strides in the green technology sector, contributing her expertise in sustainability.

Miltiadis Vratimos is a structural engineer who also brings an impressive educational background, having graduated from both UC Berkeley and Stanford University. Presently, he serves as a product manager at Meta, where he applies his engineering skills in a technological environment. Miltiadis is the eldest son of Olympios and Fani Vratimos, whose family hails from Tripoli, Greece. This connection to Greece makes Nafplio an especially meaningful location for the couple’s wedding ceremony.

The upcoming wedding is anticipated to be a joyous affair, with many family members and friends expected to attend, including a significant number from Coronado. Maude’s family, known for their involvement in the Coronado community, will have a prominent role in the ceremony. Her sisters and two sisters-in-law are set to be bridesmaids, while Miltiadis’ three brothers will stand as groomsmen. Additionally, Maude’s twin brothers are also expected to participate, adding to the family unity during the celebration.

A highlight of the wedding will be the presence of the couple’s first grandchild, two-year-old Mabel June Hoffmann, who is anticipated to take on the role of the flower girl, assuming she embraces the responsibility. This inclusion of Mabel signifies the blending of families and the excitement of a new generation joining the celebrations.

The choice of Nafplio, a renowned historic port town near Athens, is notable for its rich culture and stunning landscapes, providing an enchanting backdrop for the couple’s nuptials. The location will not only serve as a beautiful venue but will also weave the couple’s familial heritage into the fabric of their special day.

As the couple prepares for their wedding in 2025, they look forward to creating memorable experiences with their families and friends while celebrating their love. The Hoffmann and Vratimos families are excitedly planning for this momentous occasion, highlighting the significance of love and togetherness that transcends geographical boundaries.
